Individual Therapy
Therapy allows you to collaborate with your therapist and address issues and relationships that have caused distress in your life. Your therapist will come up with a treatment plan that is suitable for your desired goals. Our therapeutic services are provided remotely. Telehealth allows us to schedule your therapy appointment through the use of internet access on your smart phone, tablet, or computer. You’ll be able to hear, see, and interact with your therapist in real-time, using a third-party HIPAA compliant website. You and your therapist will schedule your first appointment time and your therapist will advise you to use Doxy.me or Zoom for your sessions.
Group Therapy
The therapist(s) will work with a group of people to target specific issues such as grief, anxiety, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, emotional regulation, or depression.
Groups provide support and often help individuals improve their self-esteem and social skills while instilling proven strategies and coping skills for specific problems.
Workshops
Kids
Nutrition education and enrichment are provided to help children and their caregivers to improve overall physical and mental health. This workshop includes a presentation, activities, and exercises.
The program is educational and instructional. Our Fitness Fun class helps children improve their physical and mental health while building their coordination, strength, flexibility, and motor skills.
This presentation is fun and interactive. It teaches children to identify their feelings and emotions as well as what they can do to regulate their emotional responses and manage their feelings through healthy coping mechanisms.
